I have known about plants and flowers since I was a young girl thanks to my Grandparents running a flowers and fruit'n'veg shop in London. I always admired their knowledge of the plants and flowers and how they maximised the potential in their own lovely garden through using this knowledge. When I search for reasons as to where my passion for flowers and floristry comes from I can only conclude that it must be in the genes.
I trained in Floristry at Bicton College and gained my working knowledge at various Florists. It was my desire for creative freedom which spurred me on to take the plunge and open Rawlinson's Florist, the shop being the first representation of who I am through my Interior design.
Being a proud mother of two young children enhances my awareness of the environment, which is reflected in my shop, materials and work.
As I am a terrible stickler for perfection and attention to detail you can rest assured that any purchase from my shop comes gift-wrapped and finished to the highest standard with a satisfaction guarantee.
